• BSc Eng / NDT Eng in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in similar environment
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and technical documentation
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
