The Head of Marketing will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and manage campaigns to promote the brand. The role also requires driving sales initiatives, establishing public relations strategies, and ensuring cohesive communication across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Proven expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management
Strong analytical skills in Market Research and identifying market trends
Experience in leading Sales initiatives and campaigns to achieve revenue goals
Skills in building and maintaining effective Public Relations strategies
Effective leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is an added advantage
Track record of successfully managing marketing budgets and achieving measurable results
